When applying for a home loan, you can speed the application process by having the following information at your fingertips:
- Your past two pay stubs
- W-2 forms for the past two years
- If self employed, two year tax returns and all schedules
- Bank statements for the past two months (or any other statement regarding stocks, bonds, 401(k)s, mutual funds, etc.)
- Homeowners Insurance
